are you defending the companies that made the parts that went onto these cars? that may be the case that they were made to fit perfectly, although it is impossible to tell on these two examples due to the ineptitude of Ernie at Hard Core Muscle to do what he was paid to do

apparently the interior of the camaro was and still is missing parts....Im not going to speculate as to why, Ill just leave that up to your imaginations

PLEASE REPOST THIS ON AS MANY FORUMS AS YOU WISH AS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

The car is now up at Real Auto Works, the shop that built the green Camaro that was awarded best GM at SEMA and was underbid by Ernie for this Hot Wheels project, to be saved. The kit, hood, wheels, etc will be the same as that is how the project was commissioned however it will be assembled properly. I drove up and they were kind enough to let me photograph the car in greater detail as it was being torn back apart to see what needed to be fixed; needless to say its just about everything and probably would be easier and cheaper to scrap the thing and buy a new car lol. Prepare to die laughing!!!!

First the paint is horrendous, there are sanding marks, runs, blotchiness, faded areas, discoloration, etc, however due to the metallic nature of the paint most flaws do not show up in photos...



and of course we know of the missing body parts like the door handles:







And again, nothing lines up or fits right:











AND THE REASON WHY NOTHING FIT?!?!?!?! WOOD SCREWS!!!!! More on this to come.... oh and notice the rubbing compound...that extra, free of charge!



Ernie didnt mask off anything and as a result there was some of that cool, custom paint everywhere!!





They fucked up all the rubber seals:



more over spray, wood screw, misalignment, and compound:



scratches, compound; remember this is EXACTLY how HCM took the car to SEMA:





They just used the trunk as a garbage bin:





The car is just a complete mess:













The engine bay remained stock red; well except for the over sprayed parts:






Overspray and rubbing compound went everywhere! Including wires; not even the interior was safe (more to come on that):

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!! That is downright embarrassing... What a less than half-ass job at ruining a car. The birdhouse my daughter made me in the 2nd grade had better workmanship than that.... ROFL losers...

a few more just for shits and giggles! and again there are plenty of fuck ups in the paint that dont show up in the pics so Im not posting those; that and a lot of paint and not painted parts that were burned with a buffer or sander

awww he fucked up the door sill plate, and Im pretty sure the side skirt is suppose to mount flush to the car:



notice all the soap and/or compound on the seats??? more of that to come, and what the fuck is with the screws? Im not so sure those are suppose to be there....





theres a damn good reason why the bumpers dont fit, hint it has something to do with the use of wood screws to hold them on:

Wow - no wonder you don wanna be drinking tequila/cerveza while working on someone else's car they didn't even have the courtesy of using square head wood screws (how tacky).
btw I posted a link on MCSD's forum cause everyone should be aware of this type of shit stuff.
